Inside the blockchain
🌐What happened: Aptos is integrating Chainlink services like its data feeds and cross-chain interoperability protocol (CCIP) on its network.
🌐Why does it matter: Aptos Foundation will partner with Chainlink, a decentralized blockchain oracle network that enables smart contracts to bring offchain resources onchain. This will allow Aptos developers to build decentralized applications (dApps), with even more features and use its data across multiple chains and various Chainlink resources. To date, Chainlink has enabled over $10 trillion in transaction value for financial institutions, startups and developers globally.
Chainlink's low cost services, such as "Data Feeds" and CCIP, are now accessible to developers building on Aptos, which means they can use this toolkit to build even more feature-rich dApps and user experiences in EVM and non-EVM environments, Bashar Lazaar, grands and ecosystem lead at Aptos Foundation said.
🌐The big picture: Aptos Foundation joining the Chainlink SCALE Program, further pushes the networks capabilities both in its own ecosystem and in the broader crypto network, while providing its developers additional resources to build dApps onchain.

Aptos surpasses Solana in daily transactions, with more than 10m transactions coming from Tapos, a “tickle-to-earn” game on Aptos, in its first 24 hours on mainnet and nearly 325M transactions total (chart below)
