The team takes on Devcon
The Decharge team traveled to Bangkok, Thailand for the Ethereum-centric Devcon conference. They also went to neighboring townships like Hua Hin to chat with local EV users and learned about their challenges. TLDR: There’s a huge need for community-driven feedback loops to improve charger reliability and user experience, DeCharge’s co-founder Mohan Ponnada said on X.
And in case you missed it, the team reflected on panels from the Builder’s Table during the conference, where DeCharge and partners discussed the development of DePIN on Solana. It was also presented during the Solana 20x20 Pitch Event. During Singapore Ignition week and DePIN events at DevCon, the team connected with many passionate developers and entrepreneurs. Can expect to hear a lot more partnerships in the near future.
DeCharge Ambassador Programme launched
The DeCharge team has launched its DeCharge community-centric ambassador group, which allows members to participate in reward campaigns, sales and internal dialogue with the team and others.
Its Season 1 campaign also introduced a limited number of its compact EV charging design DeCharge Mini that its community can purchase and the team would deploy on their behalf. Details here. Its season sales are drawing to an end with few devices left.
A brief preview was released showing recent progress in Hyderabad, with further rollouts planned for Bangalore. A significant partnership with a prominent company is anticipated before India Blockchain Week (December 2-8th). The team will showcase their expanded product line in alpha stage during this highly anticipated event.
