Injective By the Numbers

The percentages and metrics are calculated from its change over a 14-day time frame, unless noted otherwise.

Injecting in the biggest developments

Highlighting some of the largest announcements from Injective.

🥷What’s happening: Injected ranked second in dApp-related transactions at 460 million in the last 30 days, DappRadar data shows.

🥷Why it matters: Injective prioritizes fast transaction speeds and supporting high amounts of volume for its financial decentralization applications (dApps).

In addition to its high transaction count, the blockchain also facilitated $1.36 billion in dApp volume over the same time frame, making it an attractive metric for developers. Developers typically take into account how much of a user base and liquidity is within a network. Since Injective is designed to empower financial dApps, these two metrics in tandem can showcase the staying power the blockchain has for decentralized finance.

Recently, Injective has released multiple onchain initiatives designed to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance, such as the TradFi Index and iAssets. It’s important to note that these bundles are live on Injective’s decentralized exchange Helix. In turn, the increase in overall volume is indicative that there is a demand for use cases like these.

🥷 The bigger picture: An increase in user activity and capital inflow could help bolster liquidity onchain for Injective and showcase its ability to tokenize financial instruments.

Traditionally, users and developers pick and choose networks and applications based on the utility and attention. If these numbers continue on an upward trend throughout the month, more users and developers may turn to Injective for their onchain financial needs.
